Terms and Conditions: Inkdify's guidelines are subject to change as we adapt and improve our platform. Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or account closures. We have internal policies to ensure fairness. We reserve the right to remove content or close accounts at our discretion. Please review and comply with our guidelines for a safe community. Contact customer support for any inquiries. Thank you for your cooperation. Age Policy: To be a member of INKDIFY, individuals must be 18 years or older. This requirement is in accordance with legal regulations, as individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter into a legal contract with INKDIFY. Mature Content Policy: Mature Content refers to works that contain content that may not be suitable for all audiences. This includes nudity, blood, guns, alcohol, drugs, violence, adult language, and similar themes. Plagiarism Plagiarism is strictly prohibited on the platform. Members are expected to only post their original work or properly attribute the work of others if they choose to share it. In case of any suspicion of plagiarism, the administrators of the site will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include the removal of the offending content and potential account suspension. Respectful Communication Members are encouraged to engage in respectful and constructive communication with each other. Personal attacks, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated. Disagreements should be handled in a civil manner, promoting healthy discussions and exchanges of ideas. If a member feels they are being harassed or witness any inappropriate behavior, they should report it to the site administrators for investigation. Copyright and Intellectual Property Members are responsible for ensuring that their submitted content does not infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property rights of others. If a member believes their work has been used without permission or proper attribution, they can file a complaint with the site administrators, who will investigate the matter and take appropriate action if necessary. Privacy and Data Security The site is committed to safeguarding the privacy and data security of its members. Personal information shared on the site should be done so at the member's discretion. Members are encouraged to review the site's privacy policy to understand how their information is collected, used, and protected. The site administrators will take reasonable measures to maintain the security of the platform, but members are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and ensuring the security of their own devices. Compliance with Laws and Regulations Members are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the site. This includes but is not limited to laws relating to copyright, defamation, and privacy. Any illegal activities or content will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities, and the member responsible may face legal consequences as a result. Modification of Guidelines These guidelines are subject to change and modification at the discretion of the site administrators. It is the responsibility of the members to stay updated with the latest guidelines. Significant changes will be communicated to the members through appropriate channels, such as site notifications or email. By participating on the site, members agree to abide by these guidelines and any additional rules or policies implemented by the site administrators. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal from the site, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. Nudity and Pornography: On Inkdify, explicit sexual material is strictly prohibited. This includes depictions of sexual intercourse, displays of genitalia in direct contact, masturbation, semen, vaginal fluids, urine in a sexual context, and the use of sex toys in a sexual context. Additionally, images that gratuitously focus on penises or vaginas, close-up images of vaginas, or images of men with visible erections are not allowed. Inkdify also maintains a conservative approach to images of children, where children should be appropriately clothed, and nudity or sexualized content involving children is strictly prohibited. Designs Referencing Children or on Children's Clothing: Inkdify takes a conservative approach to designs that reference children or are made available on children's clothing. Designs referencing children should be free from undesirable associations or connotations, such as sexually suggestive, violent, demeaning, derogatory, or politically charged content. Adult-themed tag words should not be used on children's clothing or works that reference children. Designs made available on children's clothing should be suitable for children of all ages, and humorous slogans or gender-specific slogans should be carefully considered to avoid unintended offense. Violence and Hatred: Inkdify does not permit work that glorifies or trivializes violence or human suffering. Graphic depictions of violence, works that trivialize violent acts, and content or behavior intended to incite hatred or violence are strictly prohibited. This includes the promotion of organizations, groups, or individuals with a history of violence or an agenda of hate. Works that deal with catastrophic events or atrocities should be handled sensitively, taking into account the potential distress they may cause to victims. Racism: Racist content or behavior and material designed to incite racism are not allowed on Inkdify. Racism is defined as the hatred, intolerance, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race, based on the belief that one's own race is superior. Works that use racist terms in a casual and derogatory way are not permitted, except in situations where legitimate discussion or commentary on racism is taking place. The context in which racial slurs are used will be considered in determining whether a work should be removed. Use of Symbols: Symbols and icons carry strong messages, and their use on Inkdify requires careful consideration. Symbols like the swastika, crosses, the Confederate Flag, Hitler, and the Koran can be used in a work, but only with considerable care. Works may be removed if the intent is ambiguous or needlessly provocative, if the content appears deliberately designed to contravene anti-vilification, anti-racist, or hate guidelines, or if the content does not comply with country-specific laws. These guidelines are in place to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment on Inkdify. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in the removal of offending content, warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform. Country-Specific Laws: Inkdify respects and complies with country-specific laws regarding the use of certain content, such as symbols, images, or words. In order to adhere to these laws, Inkdify may remove works that contain such content in specific countries where it is prohibited or regulated. Defamation: Any work or behavior that can reasonably be considered defamatory is not permitted on Inkdify. As a general rule, works that are presented as an opinion or a criticism on a subject of public interest do not fall under the definition of defamation. Vilification: Inkdify defines vilification as conduct or content that is intended to invoke serious contempt, revulsion, or severe ridicule of an individual or group of people based on race, religion, disability, gender identity, sexuality, or if they are deemed to be a vulnerable person or group (e.g., refugees). This includes the promotion of organizations, groups, or individuals whose views inherently vilify any of the mentioned characteristics. As a general rule, works that are presented as an opinion or a criticism on a subject of public interest do not fall under the definition of vilification. Harmful Misinformation: Harmful misinformation is not permitted on Inkdify. It is defined as any misleading or false information that harms or significantly threatens public health and safety, or where the intent is to cause fear and suspicion about a topic that can cause real-world harm. Uninvited Criticism: Criticism should only be provided on a work or journal where it has been specifically requested. Uninvited criticism, such as negative comments about the quality of a work or finding fault with the arguments or ideas expressed, is discouraged on Inkdify. The platform aims to provide a supportive and encouraging environment for artists of all skill levels and experiences. Personal Attacks: Personal attacks, including hurtful or insulting remarks about another member or making personal remarks with the intention of hurting or upsetting them, are not allowed on Inkdify. Personal attacks can also include comments made about a group of members. Provocation is not a justification for personal attacks. Respectful and considerate communication is encouraged. Inkdify staff appreciates suggestions, ideas, feedback, and constructive criticism shared in a mature and respectful manner. Personal attacks on staff members are not tolerated and will be addressed in accordance with the platform's Community Guidelines. If any behavior falls outside of the guidelines, it is recommended to report the instances and cease communication if a discussion becomes heated or someone's behavior is inappropriate. Harassment: Inkdify defines harassment as persistent behavior that disturbs, torments, humiliates, bothers continually, pesters, or persecutes another person. Harassment can include actions such as persistent communication after a request to cease communication, persistent or continuing intimidation, bullying, or stalking behavior, and the continuation of offline disagreements or negative personal issues. Harassment can occur both online and offline. If you are being harassed, it is recommended to first politely ask the person to stop contacting you. If the harassment continues, you should report all harassing comments, messages, or other forms of communication to Inkdify staff using the reporting links provided on the site. Baiting: Baiting refers to engaging in behavior or posting content on Inkdify that is abusively disparaging or intended to deliberately provoke an angry response or argument over a topic. Examples of baiting behavior include posting controversial or inflammatory messages that aim to provoke other members into angry and emotional responses. Threatening Behavior: Threatening behavior on Inkdify includes actions that threaten the life, safety, or well-being of another member. Inkdify takes threatening behavior seriously, and such behavior will result in immediate account closure. Copyright and Intellectual Property Protection: Inkdify respects copyright and trademark laws and will remove any work found to infringe copyright or trademark protection. If you believe that your copyright or other intellectual property rights are being infringed upon, you can make a formal complaint by following the processes described in Inkdify's policy. Inkdify aims to create a safe and respectful environment for all users. The guidelines regarding harassment, baiting, threatening behavior, and intellectual property protection are in place to ensure the well-being and rights of the community are upheld. Upload Limits: Inkdify provides a platform for you to showcase and sell your best work. As per the guidelines, you are allowed to upload up to 30 works per day to your Inkdify account. Please note that if you have multiple accounts, the total number of uploads across all accounts should not exceed 30 per day. Creating additional accounts to surpass this limit is strictly prohibited, and all associated accounts will be permanently closed. Use of Bots and Fake Accounts: To maintain the integrity and functionality of the marketplace, the use of bots, multiple accounts, or scrapers on Inkdify is strictly prohibited. Account Deletion for Policy Violations: If an account is found to be in violation of any content or account policies, including the User Agreement , Community & Content Guidelines , and IP/Publicity Rights Policy , or if it is being used for purposes not intended by Inkdify, it will be promptly and permanently disabled. If the account is linked to an existing account, the consequences for policy violations will apply to all associated accounts held by the artist. Examples of policy violations that may lead to account deletion include, but are not limited to:
  • Uploading content that defames or vilifies individuals, races, religions, or religious groups, or content that is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Repeatedly reuploading content that was previously removed for violating the Community & Content Guidelines.
  • Engaging primarily in harassment, intimidation, or causing conflict within the community, as defined by the Community & Content Guidelines.
  • Selling products without owning the rights to do so or lacking permission from the rights owner.
  • Offering products in the shop that infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, including copyright, moral rights, trademark, patent, or rights of privacy or publicity.
  • Reuploading content that was previously removed due to complaints from a rights holder or for infringing upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of another.
  • Uploading content using any bot, scraper, or other automated means without obtaining written permission from Inkdify.
  • Immediate closure of new accounts owned or operated by users of disabled accounts.
