
On our platform, sellers set a fixed profit (in $) for each product type — not a percentage markup.
When a product is sold, your profit is exactly the amount you’ve set unless a refund or certain discounts apply.
Example:
When the product sells, you receive your fixed profit ($5 or $10)
If the product is returned or canceled, your profit will be reversed (taken back).

Yes. You retain full copyright to your original artwork. By uploading designs to our platform, you only grant us a non-exclusive license to display, print, and sell your products. You can still use your artwork anywhere else, and we will never reuse or resell it without your permission.
We allow original, non-infringing artwork that complies with our Community & Content Guidelines. Designs that contain copyrighted material (e.g., movie characters, brand logos), explicit adult content, hate speech, or violent imagery are not allowed. Fan art, political content, or parody should be submitted cautiously and may be subject to removal.
We will pay your Profit in accordance with the payment method you select on the Marketplace. An order will be marked as Completed 14 days after its Delivered date. Your balance will become available for withdrawal 30 days after the Completed date, or 30 days after a return/refund issue is closed.
An order is considered successfully completed when:Note: Orders that experience issues (e.g., return, refund, dispute) will have payouts processed only after the case is resolved.
Example: A customer receives a T-shirt but later reports it was the wrong size and requests a return. The payout for this order will only be processed after the return is completed and the issue is resolved.
The INFORM Consumers Act is a U.S. law that went into effect on June 27, 2023. It requires online marketplaces to collect, verify, and disclose certain information from high-volume sellers in order to increase transparency and help prevent fraud.
Who does it apply to?If you're a seller based in the U.S. and meet both of the following:
- You have 200+ transactions in a 12-month period AND
- You earn over $5,000/year on the platform
Then you're considered a high-volume seller under the INFORM Act and must verify your identity.
What do I need to provide?Only partial information (like your business name or state) may be shown to buyers if required. Sensitive data like your ID or TIN will not be made public.
